CAN I RESERVE YOUR SERVICE FOR OUT OF TOWN TRIPS?

Yes! We offer over night and out of town trips. Whether you would like to spend a few days in the Hunter Valley Wine region exploring multiple vineyards, or need transport to Canberra and back, we can make that happen. 

ARE BABY SEATS AVAILABLE?

We have multiple baby seats available, that have been fitted by industry professionals to ensure the safety standards for your little ones.
Just leave a message when you are booking your transfers and we will make sure they're available for you.

I NEED TRANSPORTATION FOR A MULTI-DAY TRIP. CAN YOU HELP ME?

Yes we can! We offer multi-day transportation on all of our services and can cater to your trip as you need. Just leave a message when you're booking your transfers so we can accomodate. 

HOW MUCH DEPOSIT IS NEEDED WHEN SECURING MY TRANSFER?

A 10% deposit of the total amount is needed to secure your transfer with Wollondilly Transport Services. We ask you give us a call as soon as possible to make any changes or cancellations to your trip to avoid any cancellation fees. 

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We understand plans can change due to unforeseeable circumstances, we just ask you get in give us a call as soon as possible to avoid any cancellation fees. 

IS THERE AN UNBOOKED AFTER HOURS CALL OUT FEE MINIMUM?

An hour afters call out fee minimum charge may apply if you do not already have a booking and need a last minute transfer. Please give us a call and we can discuss our options with you. 

ARE WE ALLOWED TO CONSUME BEVERAGES OR FOOD ON BOARD?

At Wollondilly Transport Services your safety is paramount to us, we want to ensure you have fun and do so safety. Drinking is permitted on all of our fleet, as well as the consumption of light snacks, we just remind everyone to drink responsibly and use all rubbish bags provided when you travel with us to avoid cleaning fees.

CAN WE PLAY OUR OWN MUSIC WHEN TRAVELLING?

Absolutely! All of our fleet are fitted with Bluetooth connectivity as well as multiple AUX cords to suit all phones. 

I HAVE A SURF BOARD, GOLF BAG AND SUITCASES, DO YOU HAVE ROOM?

We have a fully enclosed trailer available to all luggage, including golf bags and surfboards to ensure you're not limited in what you can pack for your trip away. Please let us know in your booking message of any luggage you will be bringing so we can ensure the trailer is available for you. Trailer surcharges may apply.

WHAT IF MY PLANE IS DELAYED OR BAGGAGE CLAIM IS DELAYED?

We understand plane delays and baggage claim is out of your control. If you get an alert your plane is delayed before take off we ask you to get in touch with us as soon as possible. If you're in the air and are unable to call due to delays, and we haven't seen you at the agreed time, we will look up your flight and will still be waiting for you, whenever you land!

IS THERE A DAMAGE OR CLEAN UP FEE?

In the unlikely event our fleet experience heavy damage or require a clean, you may be charged for the damages or cleaning fee. All of our fleet are fitted with rubbish bags and we are able to make as many stops as you may need.
